According to the question
ϕ=45
So, acceleration due to gravity at 45 latitude
g=gω2Rcos245
g=gω2R2
When earth steps rotating i.e., ω=0 the acceleration due to gravity at 45 latitude will increase by ω2R2 [ω=7.292×105rad/secR=6317km]
ω2R2=(7.292×105)2×6371×1032=0.016938m/s2
