Suppose the radius of inner shell=r
Radius of outer shell=R
Charge on the inner shell=q
Charge on the outer shell=q'

For the inner shell,​​​​​​
=> $V=\frac{kq}{r}+\frac{kq\text{'}}{R}$

For any point where x<r,
=> $V=\frac{kq}{r}+\frac{kq\text{'}}{R}$ (Same as for inner shell)

Thus,
Potential at centre of shell=Potential of inner shell=10V
