Question

If the electron has a negative charge and neutron has 0 charge, does the neutron have more charge(negative is always less than 0)?

Solution

The negative or positive signs assigned to electron and proton is just to differentiate between two types of charges and does not have any numeric significance. So, the correct way of saying will be that electron has one type of charge and proton has opposite type of charge while neutron does not has any type of charge at all.
