EA=5 J = Energy stored in spring ' A'
EB= Energy stored in spring 'B'
xA= Displacement in spring ' A'
xB= Displacement in spring ' B'

From the basic spring force relation:
F=kx,E=kx22=F22k
where x= Displacement produced in spring w.r.t it's natural length

EB=12kBx2B=12×k×(Fk)2=F22k ...(i)

EA=12kAx2A=12.2k.(F2k)2=F24k ...(ii)

Dividing Eq.(i) and Eq.(ii)

EAEB=F24kF22k=12
5EB=12
