Let the equations x2+2x+3=0 and ax2+bx+c=0 have common roots are α and β

So, α+β=21=ba
ab=12...(1)
and αβ=31=ca
ca=31...(2)

Multiplying equation (1) and (2)
cb=32
bc=23...(3)

From equation (1) and (3)
a:b:c=1:2:3
