$\Rightarrow 2x={90}^{\circ }$

$\Rightarrow x={45}^{\circ }$

(Adjacent angles of a parallelogram are supplementary)

$\Rightarrow \left(3\right(45)-10{)}^{\circ }+(y+25{)}^{\circ }={180}^{\circ }$
