(1) The opposite sides are parallel.
(2) The lengths of all the sides are equal.
(3) The opposite angles are equal.
(4) The diagonals bisect each other at 90°.
Here, ∠BAD and ∠BCD are opposite angles.
So, ∠BAD = ∠BCD
∴ ∠BCD = 80°
