Perimeter of the room
$P = 2 (l + b) = 2 (18 + 12) = 2 (30) = 60 m$

Lowest form of $= 18 : 60$ $= \frac{18}{60} = \frac{3}{10} = 3 : 10$ ( Divide both $18$ and $60$ by their HCF $6$ )
