We have,
Perimeter of the rectangle $= 46 m$
Length of the rectangle $= 16 m$

We know that the perimeter of the rectangle
$= 2 (l e n g t h + b r e a d t h)$

Therefore,
$2 (16 + b r e a d t h) = 46$

$16 + b r e a d t h = 23$

$b r e a d t h = 7 m$

Hence, this is the answer.
