Let the original length and width be l and w, respectively.
So, the area of rectangle =lw .......(1)

Since, \
New length =l+l3=4l3
New width =ww3=2w3

Therefore, new area will be
=8lw9

Therefore, the area of rectangle is decreased
=lw8lw9
=lw9

Hence, 19 is the answer.
