$L e t l e n g t h o f c u b e b e x, t h e n i n i t i a l v o l u m e = x^{3} n o w l e n g t h i s c h a n g e d t o = 3 x t h e n f i n a l v o l u m e = (3 x)^{3} = 27 x^{3} ∴ c h a n g e i n v o l u m e = 27 x^{3} - x^{3} = 26 x^{3}$
