The correct option is A $2.7 \times 10^{8} k m$
Given $t = 15$ min
Speed of light $= 3 \times 10^{8} m / s$
$∴$ $t = 15 m i n = 15 \times 60 = 900 s e c$
By using the formula
$S p e e d = \frac{D i s t a n c e}{T i m e}$
$D i s t a n c e = S p e e d \times t i m e$ $= 3 \times 10^{8} m / s \times 900 s e c$ $= 2700 \times 10^{8} m$ $= 2.7 \times 10^{8} k m$
