Let the list price be x

let the no of toys brought be y

So $xy=360\Rightarrow x=\frac{360}{y}$

If list price be $(x-2)$

then no. of toys be $(y+2)$

so $(x-2)(y+2)=360$

Substituting the value of x

$(\frac{360}{y}-2)(y+2)=360$

$\Rightarrow y^2+2y-360=0\Rightarrow (y+20)(y-18)=0$

So $y=18\&x=\frac{360}{18}=20Rs$
