an+mndnd=1....(1)

nth term =1m
a+(n1)d=1m

am+mndmd=1....(2)

From (1) and (2), we get
an+mndnd=am+mndmd

a=d
Putting value of a=d, we get
a=d=1mn

Sum of first mn terms
=mn2[2a+(mn1)d]
