As the solid sphere has charge +2Q, the equal and opposite charge induced on inner and outer surface on the hollow sphere. Since net charge inside is zero so the charge on the inner surface of the hollow sphere is $- 2 Q$ and $+ 2 Q$ charge also induced on outer surface. So net charge on outer sphere is $- 7 Q + 2 Q = - 5 Q$
