We know mean =Sum of observationsNumber of observation.

For first 10 observations:
20=sum110
sum1=sum of first 10 observations
sum1=20×10=200.

For another 15 observations:
16=sum215
sum2= sum of another 15 observations
sum2=16×15=240.

Therefore, Mean of all 25 observations:
Mean=sum1+sum210+15

Mean=200+24025=44025=17.6.

Hence, option C is correct.
