Given numbers.

$20, 14, 16, 19, p, 21$

And mean of these numbers is $27$ .

Since, total number $= 6$ .

Therefore,

$M e a n = \frac{s u m o f t o t a l n u m b e r s}{t o t a l n u m b e r s}$

$\frac{20 + 14 + 16 + 19 + p + 21}{6} = 27$

$90 + p = 162$

$p = 72$

Hence, the value of $p$ is $72$ .
