⇒ 18 =(16 + 14 + x + 23 + 20)/5

⇒ 18 = (73 + x)/5

⇒ (x + 73) = 18*5

⇒ x + 73 = 90

⇒ x = 90 - 73

⇒ x = 17

So, the value of x is 17
