The correct option is A 4 cm
In $Δ A B C$ ,
AB = AC ... (i)
Perimeter of triangle ABC = 14 cm
BC = 6 cm

$∴$ AB + AC + BC = 14 cm
AB + AB + 6 cm = 14 cm [From (i)]
2AB = 8 cm
AB = 4 cm
