Plane 2ax3ay+4az+6=0 passes through midpoint of the Joining the centres
1)x2+y2+z2+6x8y2z13=0 centre (3,4,1)
2)x2+y2+z210x+4y2Z8=0 centre (52,1)
so the mid point of centre will be (3+52,422,1+12)
=(1,1,1)
from this point our plane is passing So ,2a(1)3a(1)+4a(1)+6=0
3a+6=0
a=63
a=2
Hence value of a will be 2
