Open in App
Solution

Given that,

Present age of father =52years

Present age of son =18years

Age of father after 10 years=52+10=62years

Age of son after 13 years =18+13=31years

Now, Ratio of age of father after 10 years to Age of son after 13 years =62:31

Lowest form of 62:31=6231=21=2:1 ( Divide both 62 and 31 by their HCF 31)

Hence, (Age of father after 10 years) : ( Age of son after 13 years)=2:1
