Let E be the event that either A or B fails.Also let AF and BF be the event of failure of A and B respectively.
Then P(E)=P(AFBF)=P(AF)+P(BF)P(AFBF)P(E)=15+310(15×310)
since the failing of A and B are independent.
P(E)=10+15350=2250=1125
