Multiplying $\left(1\right)\&\left(2\right)$

$xy\times \frac{x}{y}=\frac{12}{5}\times \frac{3}{5}{x}^2=\frac{36}{25},x=\sqrt{\frac{36}{25}}=\frac{6}{5}y=\frac{12}{5}÷\frac{6}{5}=\frac{12}{5}\times \frac{5}{6}=\frac{2}{1}$
