Given that one no is 7/9
Let the other no be x
Then according to question,
x*(7/9) = -14/27
or, x*(7/9)*(9/7) = -14/27*9/7 ( multiply both side by 9/7 )
or, x = -2/3
Therefore the required other no is -2/3
