Let the numbers be $x$ & $y$

$\frac{x}{y}=\frac{10}{9}\Rightarrow x=\frac{10y}{9}$

$xy=360$ substituting $x=\frac{10y}{9}$

$\frac{10y^2}{9}=360$ $\Rightarrow y=18$

$x=\frac{10\times 18}{9}=20$
