If the product of two whole numbers is zero, can we say that one or both of them will be zero . Justify your answer through examples.

If the product of two whole numbers is zero then we can say that one or both of them will be zero because of following condition:

0×a=a×0=0 ( here a is any whole number other than zero)

0×0=0

Hence , above case shows that if product of two whole number is zero than one or both numbers could be equal to zero.
