We have,
r=20 cm,l=29 cm.

We know, slant height
l2=r2+h2.

So,
h2=(29)2(20)2

h2=841400=441

h=21 cm.

We know that the volume of the cone
=13πr2h

=13×227×202×21

=8800 cm3.

Hence, option A is correct.
