Solution

Dear student
The radius of the sphere is R cmThus the volume of the sphere will be 43πR3Now, according to the question:The radius of the sphere is halved, therefore, the rdaius of the new sphere = R2cmThus, the new volume of sphere will be 43πR23The ratio of volumes will be= Volume of Actual sphereVoluem of New sphere=43πR343πR23=81The ratio will be 8 : 1
So, the volume of the actual sphere is 8 times the value of the new sphere.
