For 1st particle:
Centripetal force (F1)=m1v21r1

For 2nd particle:
Centripetal force (F2)=m2v22r2

F1F2=m1v21r1m2v22r2=m1v21r2m2v22r1

(F1=F2=F; m1=m2=m)

We get,
v21v22=r1r2
v1v2=r1r2=13
