The correct option is A 3%
Given:
ΔRR=1.5% (ve sign for shrink)

The acceleration due to gravity on the surface of a planet is given by

g=GMR2

Taking log and differentiating on both sides, we get:

Δgg=2ΔRR
[G and M are constant ]

Δgg=2×1.5%=3%

Hence, option (c) is constant.
