The correct option is A Decrease by 2%
Given - * Radius of earth shoinks by / ofo
we Rnow that g=GMeR2(i) Taking logarithm both Sides in eq- (1) log(g)=2log(R)+log(GMe)
Since only R is changing hence rest of the values are constant.
Now Differentiating both Sides - dgg=2dRR
we have change in earth radius =1%=dRR
dgg=2%
Hence the acceleration due to grawity decreases by 2%
