The correct option is B 2310cm2
For a cone, slant height l=h2+r2; where h is the height.
Hence, l=282+212

l=35 cm.

We know, the curved surface area of a cone =πrl; where r is the radius of the cone and l is the slant height.
Hence, curved surface area of this cone =227×21×35=2310cm2.
Therefore, option B is correct.
