Given that the radius is half then the height of the cone so

Let h=2r(where r is radius and h is height of the cone)

volume of the cone=v

=(13)×πr2×h

=(23)×πr3(because h=2r)

Δv=(23)π×3r2Δr

Δv=2πr2Δr

so finally,

(Δvv)×100=3(Δrr)×100

=3×k.
