The correct option is A

Sum of angles of n sided polygon $= (n - 2) 180^{\circ}$
Measure of each exterior angle of an n sided polygon $= \frac{360^{\circ}}{n}$
$∴ \frac{(n - 2) 180^{\circ}}{\frac{360^{\circ}}{n}} = \frac{3}{2}$
Solving, we get $n = 3$
