Given:
Density of water: ρw=1000 kg m3
Volume of object: V=1.5 m3
Relative density of object: ρr=0.6

Let the absolute density of the object be ρ.
​​From definition of relative density,
ρr=ρρw
ρ=ρrρw
ρ=0.6×1000=600 kg m3

From defintion of density,
M=ρV
M=600×1.5=900 kg
