9x + 4 < 67
If a term is transferred from one side to another side in an inequation, it's sign chnages.
Here, take 4 from left to right
9x < 67-4
9x < 63
If a positive number is multiplied on both the sides of the inequation, the sign of inequality remains the same.
Here, multiply 19 on both the sides of the above inequation.
x < 7
The solution set is {1,2,3,4,5,6}.
