The correct option is C will decrease
If the earth's rotation speed increases then weight of the body decreases, This is because when we see a moving body on the rotating earth's surface itself is in reference frame, So when earth rotates centripetal force acts towards center of rotation. Also to keep rotation intact an equal and opposite centrifugal force acts on rotating earth.
So, if weight of body =mg
Then under the effect of increased rotational speed of earth equation becomes mg1=mg centrifugal force.
Where g1 is decreased value of acceleration.
