Let the list price=100 Rs.
discount =20% in list price then
S.P.=10020=80Rs.
If S.P. is 80 Rs then list price=100 Rs.
If S.P.is 24 Rs then list price=10080×24=30Rs.
30% discount on list price then
30% of 30=30100×30=9Rs.
Then S.P.=309=21Rs.
