$I_{r m s} = I_{a v e r a g e}$ required is 10A.
Therefore, $R_{t o t a l}$ required is $\frac{160}{10} = 16 Ω$
Therefore, additional resistance required is $R_{t o t a l} - 5 = 11 Ω$
