As the sides are of a right angled triangle, we have
Hypotenuse2=Side12+Side22 where hypotenuse is the largest side.
(3x+4)2=(3x+3)2+x2
=>9x2+16+24x=9x2+9+18x+x2
=>x26x7=0
=>x27x+x7=0
=>x(x7)+(x7)=0
=>(x7)(x+1)=0
=>x=7,1
As the side cannot be negative, x=7.
