We know that , a,b,c are in AP
so,a+c2=ba+c=2bs=a+b+c2=b+2b2=3b2.............................(1)

From the Above formulaes,

tanA2+tanC2=s(sa)+s(sc)=(2sca)s(sa)(sc))

as, 2sca=a+b+cac=b

=b(sb)s(sa)(sb)(sc)=(sb)b2=(sb)b

Now, Again from above Formulaes
tanB2=s(sb)cotB2=s(sb)

So, now
(tanA2+tanC2):cotB2=(sb)bs(sb)=bs=b32=23tanA2+tanC2=23cotB2
