Speed of the electron in the nth orbit of hydrogen atom = 2.18×106n ms1

Speed of the electron in the third orbit = 2.18×1063 ms1 = x
or 2.18×106=3x
Therefore speed of the electron in the first orbit = 2.18×1061 ms1 = 3x
