$\Rightarrow x+(x+1)+(x+2)+(x+3)=170$
$\Rightarrow 4x+6=170$
$\Rightarrow 4x=164$
$\Rightarrow x=41$
So, numbers are $41,42,43,44,$ out of which $41$ and $43$ are primes.
So, required sum $=41+43=84$
