Let the smallest number be 'x'
Since, we are considering the consecutive numbers, the other two numbers are x+1 and x+2. [1 mark]
x+(x+1)+(x+2)=39 3x+3=39 3x=393 3x=36 x=363 x=12

Thus, the numbers are 12, 12+1, and 12+2.
12, 13 and 14 are the required numbers. [1 mark]
