Solution

The correct option is D A, B, K, N, R, P, Q
The Delhiites are A, B, C, D and E; Tamilians are G, H, K and L; Maharashtrians are M, N, O, P, Q and R. Four Maharashtrians are needed. There are three Maharashtrian managers. So, software programmers from Maharashtra are also to be selected. So, managers from Delhi i.e. C, D and E cannot be selected. Thus, the two Delhiites selected will be A and B.
Both the Delhiites selected are software programmers. So, Tamilian manager K or L cannot be selected and either G or H is to be chosen. Clearly, the impossible team is A, B, K, N, R, P, Q because K is not to be selected.
