From newton's 2nd law:
F=dPdt=ddt(mv) ...(i)
let the rocket rate of combustion is x kg/s, hence time rate of change of mass:
dmdt=x kg/s
Given: F=210 N, v=300 m/s
since velocity is constant hence from Eq. (i)
F=vdmdt
210=300×x
x=210300=0.7 kg/s
