The correct option is A $250 k m h^{- 1}$
We know that,
$S p e e d = \frac{D i s t a n c e c o v e r e d}{T i m e t a k e n}$

$∴$ $D i s t a n c e = S p e e d \times t i m e t a k e n$
$= 100 k m h^{- 1} \times 0.5 h$ $= 50 k m$ .

Speed of the train to cover the same distance in $0.2 h o u r s$ $= \frac{50 k m}{0.2 h} = 250 k m h^{- 1}$
$⟹$ $S p e e d = 250 k m h^{- 1}$ .
