The correct option is B B = B'
We have to move the figure 2 units down and 3 units to the left.

Co-ordinate of point A in triangle
ABC = (1,0)

After moving 2 units down and 3 units to the left, new co-ordinate of
point A = (-2,-2)
Let us represent this point by A'.

Similarly, for the point B, new co-ordinate of point B' = (-2,0)

Similarly, for the point C, new co-ordinate of point C' = (-2,1)

On translating the triangle ABC 2 units down and 3 units to left, the new triangle A'B'C obtained will be:


Here, since the triangles ABC and A'B'C' are congruent, so the angle remains unchanged.

∴ ∠B = ∠B'
