The correct option is C R = R'
We have to move the figure 8 units right and 3 units down.

Co-ordinate of point P in triangle
PQR = (-7,1)

After moving 8 units right and 3 units down, new co-ordinate
of point P = (1,-2)
Let us represent this point by P'.

Similarly, for the point Q, new co-ordinate of point Q' = (3,0)

Similarly, for the point R, new co-ordinate of point R' = (5,-2)

On translating the triangle PQR 8 units right and 3 units down, the new triangle P'Q'R' obtained will be :


Here, since the triangles PQR and P'Q'R' are congruent, so the angle remains unchanged.
