Since, ΔABCΔPQR
The triangle will look like

The sum of the interior angles of a triangle is 180.

Therefore,
x+2y+70=180

x+2y=18070

x+2y=110 . . . (i)

Given: x:y=1:2

xy=12

2x=y . . .(ii)

Substituting equation (ii) in (i),

x+2(2x)=110

x+4x=110

5x=110

x=1105

x=22

From equation (ii),
2x=y

2×22=y

y=44

Therefore, x=22,y=44
